Hi, I’m Sophia Fox, the owner of Fox Natural Medicine.
I'm a primary care naturopathic doctor and your guide on your journey to wellness and vitality. My approach is anchored in the belief that true healing encompasses not only the body but also the mind and spirit.
I received my accreditation at the University of Health Sciences Naturopathic Medicine School, and I hold a Minnesota state naturopathic medicine license.
I also have taken additional classes in botanical medicines, and I am certified as a Reiki Master (yes, I incorporate energy healing into my client sessions if you want!)
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors - hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with my pups Cooper and Luna.
My Philosophy and Approach
I believe that everyone's path to health is deeply personal. That's why I start by listening — really listening — to your story. Your experiences, challenges, and triumphs are central to creating a care plan that resonates with your life. By integrating an intuitive lens with evidence-based modalities, I strive to uncover and address the root causes of your concerns, not just the symptoms.
Jenny
Medical Assistant + Phlebotomist + Hydrotherapy Practitioner
Hi, I’m Jenny! Natural health is a passion of mine and I am thrilled to assist Dr. Sophia in her growing practice. Her unique expertise and compassion are greatly needed in the BLA!
My husband, Spencer, and I have four beautiful children who fill our hearts to the brim! We have 2 cats, a tiny dog, and soon to have some chickens. I love gardening, doing little landscape projects, walking, boating/fishing, cooking, reading, and outdoor adventures.
I believe God brilliantly designed our bodies to be able to heal and to thrive. I’m looking forward to supporting you in your wellness journey!
Cooper
Office Dog + Professional Greeter
Hi, I’m Cooper, the Office Dog!
I’m a 4-year-old pup who is the sweetest boy you will ever meet. I love meeting new people, fetching ball with my mom, playing with my sister (Luna), and going on adventures.
Coming to work gives me a sense of purpose—I take my role as greeter and morale booster very seriously! You might hear me bark when you arrive (I make a great doorbell!), but don’t worry—it’s just my way of saying hello. Once I’ve had a chance to sniff you and get a few pets, I’ll happily curl up for a nap while you enjoy your visit.
If you’re allergic to dogs or would prefer I take the day off, just let my mom know in advance.
Luna
Office Dog in training
Hi, I’m Luna, the Office Dog – in training!
I’m a not quite a year old, so my mom and I are working on lots of training at home so that I might be able to trade days with my brother (Cooper) and come to the office with mom a couple days a week too. I have a ton of energy as young pups like me often do. Mom and I play a lot of fetch at home… ball is life for me!
I also love to wrestle my brother (Cooper), go on adventures, and be a giant lap dog. My mom thinks I am the cutest, and I am sure she is right. I look forward to meeting you all one day. In the meantime, mom and I will keep working on my training.
