At Fox Natural Medicine, lab work is used thoughtfully and intentionally—only when it will truly support your care.

We offer private-pay blood draw services in-office through Quest Diagnostics. If you prefer to use insurance, Dr. Sophia can also order labs through local hospitals. We don’t use a vein finder, so if you know you’re a particularly challenging draw, we may recommend having your bloodwork done at a hospital instead. This is always something we can discuss together when the time comes.

Not every patient needs bloodwork. At your first visit, please bring any lab results from the past year—printed copies are preferred, or you’re welcome to pull up MyChart on your phone so Dr. Sophia can review them with you.

When additional or specialty testing is needed, Dr. Sophia can order labs through Rupa Health. These may include stool testing for digestive concerns, breath tests for SIBO/IMO, hormone testing (such as ZRT saliva or DUTCH urine tests), organic acids testing (OATs), mold testing, and more.

All testing decisions are guided by clinical judgment, your current symptoms, and what information we already have. Some patients need additional testing; others don’t. The goal is never to run labs unnecessarily, but to gather the right information at the right time to support your healing.
